All orders ship within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next open business day.
Shipping lead times may vary during the holiday season.
Please note that MAGIK is not responsible for orders shipping to an incorrect address due to the customer’s error, as we are unable to update the shipping address once the order is shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order. Product must be in the same condition as you received it. (tags in-tact) Please note that you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the new item(s).
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us and we will be happy to send you a replacement asap.
